The Greatest Football Films of All Time

Over the years, there have been some incredible football movies. Football is a sport that requires teamwork, sacrifice and enormous dedication, and when a film can encompass all of these elements, and more, it usually results in a great and memorable movie.

In my opinion, here are the greatest football films of all time.

I will put The Blind Side on this list due to the sheer fact that it is an unbelievable true story. If you want to know the whole story about Michael Oher and his journey from the streets of Memphis to a star NFL offensive lineman.

Another incredible football film, from a different decade is The Program. This film looks at the gritty underside of college football, and all the bad things that go along with it. I don’t think I have เว็บบอล ดีที่สุด seen a football player as big as Latimer in this film, and this film remains one of my football favorites.

Friday Night Lights remains one of my favorite films, sports related or not. This film takes a look at high school football in Texas, where football runs through the blood of many communities. Players face the pressure of making it to the next level, and seeing a world beyond the turf.

How could anyone make a list of the best football films and not include Rudy? This film is a classic. For anyone who ever thought they couldn’t accomplish their dreams, Rudy is the film for them. This is an incredible story about reaching your goals, no matter how hard the road may be.

Any Given Sunday, features one of the greatest movie speeches of all time in the now famous Al Pacino “Peace With Inches” speech. This movie also features an incredible cast, adding Cameron Diaz, Jamie Foxx and Dennis Quaid to name a few.

These are just some of the best movies about American football to come out in recent years, but there are surely others that warrant a second article.
